- Design and implement features that captivate and engage users in VR/AR applications.
- Build seamless apps for Oculus Quest 2+, iPadOS, and iOS platforms.
- Leverage tools like Meta XR SDK, ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, and Immersal to craft innovative and immersive experiences.
- Explore and experiment with new technologies to find elegant solutions to complex challenges.
- Develop shaders, optimize performance, and craft Unity tools to streamline production.
- Work hand-in-hand with designers, artists, and fellow developers to bring bold ideas to life.
- Participate in collaborative team discussions to shape and refine project goals.
- Partner with clients to turn visions into functional, meaningful applications.
- Take ownership of key features and contribute to project planning and execution. Lead smaller projects from technical design to implementation.
- Integrate assets smoothly and efficiently to meet project milestones without compromising quality.
- Build custom tools and workflows that enhance productivity and ensure seamless delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Unity Engine 5 and Unity Editor, including Render Pipelines.
- Proficiency in C# programming with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with VR/AR ecosystems, particularly Oculus Quest and related SDKs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A self-motivated mindset with a drive to stay ahead in the evolving XR landscape.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Unity’s latest features and industry trends.
- Proven experience optimizing applications for specific platforms (mobile, PC, VR) to maximize performance and usability.
- Familiarity with 3D asset creation pipelines and tools like Blender or Substance Painter, bridging development and art workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of shader development and Unity Editor custom tools to enhance creative control and efficiency.
- Skills in additional programming languages such as Python or C++ to expand the team's technical capabilities.
- Proficiency in creative tools like Photoshop or Audacity, supporting multimedia and asset refinement.
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design, ensuring fast and effective concept validation.
